Honey Chicken
Quick and easy!
1-1/4 lbs chicken thighs, skin removed
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp ketchup
salt & pepper to taste
1. Arrange chicken pieces in single layer in ungreased 2 quart casserole dish.
2. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour over chicken.
3. Cover and bake in 350F oven for 1 to 1-1/2 hours until tender.
Serves 2
