3 medium vidalia onions, sliced thin
1/4 cup butter
4 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 cups toasted croutons
4 slices swiss cheese

1. Add first four ingredients to your crockpot.

2. Cover and cook on High for 4-6 hours.

3. Place a slice of cheese on the bottom of your bowl.

4. Add the soup followed by your croutons.

5. As you stir your soup all that good cheese gets swirled around.
