Remembrance Day - Lest we forget
Lest we forget
~Harvey Eugene Myers, veteran World War II (1921 - 1987)
~Norman Eduard St. Godard, veteran World War I (1897 - 1994)

1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 tsp garlic (3 minced garlic cloves)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 cup barbeque sauce or tomato ketchup

NOTE: ALL garlic above needed, makes for a sweet loaf...really nice.

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and place in a bread loaf size pan.

2. Top with barbeque sauce or tomato ketchup.

3. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
