1.5 cups pineapple juice
2 cups lemon or lime sherbert
1 cup crushed ice
1/4 cup rum
2 tbsp orange liqueur
lime slices


Combine all ingredients, except lime slices, in blender. Process until well blended. Pour into glasses. Garnish with lime slices.

Makes 4-6 servings

3 cups packed fresh basil leaves, washed, dried
1/3 cup Kraft Signature Classic Herb Dressing
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 pkg (250g each) spreadable cream cheese
48 baguette slices, 1/4 inch thick, toasted

1. Place basil, dressing and parmesan cheese in food processor or blender container; cover. Process until well blended.

2. Spread 2 tsp cream cheese onto each baguette slice, top with 2 tsp of the pesto mixture.

Makes 24 servings, 2 slices each.
